Use of your personal information

Bali Bubs treat the privacy and security of our customer information seriously, and we do not share this information with any third party. We will release this information only as required by an Indonesian court of law, and in no other circumstances will your information be shared with anyone else.

Bali Bubs do not hold customers' credit card details on file. Credit card information captured on our site is done within a secure encrypted page, and immediately passed to our payment partners. We do not store any part of your credit card information.

We will never send you unsolicited email, and we will comply with any request to have your name removed from our email or mailing list.

Pickup & delivery times

We will deliver equipment to your hotel in the location you chose in our online booking forms, before 4pm on your day of arrival, and pick-up before 5pm on your day of departure. Please notify your hotel of this pickup and delivery so that they are expecting us.

Given the traffic conditions in Bali, it is challenging for us to promise delivery times. The arrival or departure times entered during the booking are used by us to help schedule the deliveries for the day and not a promise to have the equipment delivered or picked up by that time. If you must have the equipment delivered or picked up by a certain time please contact us to arrange. If you must have the equipment early in the morning, it may be necessary for you to book from the day before and we can have it at your hotel waiting for you.
