Pickup & delivery times
We will deliver equipment to your hotel in the location you chose in our online booking forms, before 4pm on your day of arrival, and pick-up before 5pm on your day of departure. Please notify your hotel of this pickup and delivery so that they are expecting us. Given the traffic conditions in Bali, it is challenging for us to promise delivery times. The arrival or departure times entered during the booking are used by us to help schedule the deliveries for the day and not a promise to have the equipment delivered or picked up by that time. If you must have the equipment delivered or picked up by a certain time please contact us to arrange. If you must have the equipment early in the morning, it may be necessary for you to book from the day before and we can have it at your hotel waiting for you.
